We sent out a reminder to Dr. Catherine’s entire database of patients by email and texting messages. The message was clear: patients’ health benefits could still be used up or lose them until next year.
When the dust settled, this campaign had re-engaged patients at an incredible rate.
By the end of the next day, Dr. Catherine had over 200 replies to her email and over 50 calls.
Dr. Catherine was now booking into March of 2024 and no sign of stopping either.
In fact, Dr. Catherine had to hire a receptionist and another chiropractor to handle the extra appointments generated by our campaign.
